If you mean upgrades as in upgrades, then no. There's nothing to upgrade yet. If you mean updates, then yes. I have been working on SHPs mostly, improving my ability and designing the russian buildings. Like I said, this is a busy time for me right now, and things probably won't pick up again until winter. You have to remember, the staff can only work so long before it gets tired. And I am the staff. And I'm only one man.  Very Happy  Sorry to dissapoint you.
