Problem on World Builder for ZeroHour/Generals
I have a little problem. When I create a new map with that tool, i don't know where are the options to set the tech level, options for general ranking and so on. Someone can help me? QUICK_EDIT

I don't think this kind of option is set at the world builder. It's actually available in the map.ini file that should be in the same directory than the map. The sample below is from the China Boss level. (although it's not a skirmish level, skirmish maps accept map.ini as well).
