I wonder is there anyone ever seen this perfect vertical cliff in ra2?
I really want to know how to get this if there is a link of tmp file avilable.
Or an instruction about how to make this if necessary.

There are no such cliff tiles in the game's files and AFAIK no one has made them, so you'll have to make them yourself using TMP Editor.
