Is there a line of code that controls how fast or slow a miner gathers ore before it fills up ?

I know that each miner has Storage which is how much it can hold but I don't know how fast I can have them fill up.

Where do you find HarvesterLoadRate because its not in the rules of in the art and can I have different miners with different load rates ?

Not every available tag is used in the game.

Important to note here, Modenc says this goes in [General] so you wouldn't have individual control to change specific miners, they'd all change uniformly.
