[BLENDER] Blender Template seems too dark when rendering buildings

Using DonutArnolds' Blender Template, you can see in the attachment that not only is the building too dark, but also the blue background is too dark as well.
When pasting the image in SHPBuilder, the dark blue background isn't the transparent blue used.
Is there a different or updated version of the Blender Template? Because even running the script there seems to be some error.
