PPM spam scam redirect

I am trying to go to a download as provided the link from here:

https://ppmforums.com/topic-41365/red-alert-3-editing-tools-and-assets-list/

(mod SDK extras)

Yes, when going to https://jonwil.ppmsite.com/cc3tools.zip as instructed, i get redirected to iws.lol
, some Indian minecraft spam/scam site

What causes this? Is PPM screwed?

Furthermore, where else can I get the SDK

jonwil's site was hacked. The problem was isolated to his domain. There have been many attempts to hack the rest of the server out of it, but it seems to fail so far.

That seems pretty worrying to be honest. PPM is a useful and historic site for modding, it would be a shame to wake up one day and to see it was replaced by incomprehensible hypixel ads.
