Is it possible to release D-Day on OpenRA for the people who can't afford the original C&C Red Alert 2?

Converting D-day from Red Alert 2 to the OpenRA engine would take several years of work and wouldn't have many advantages.

You can currently buy the Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection (includes all 17 C&C games and expansions) on Steam for about $10, if that is too expensive a quick google shows several places you can download Red Alert 2 for free...

In OpenRA, Player gets free credits everytime they kills/destroys any single enemy infantry & vehicles which reminds me of one of the Soviet support power from Red Alert 3 called "Cash Bounty", Will D-Day have the Cash Bounty SP (Support Power) and what country will have it?

I dont have any plans to add a bounty system to D-day, but that could change in the future.

So much this. OpenRA burnt out the visionaries and the current crew is only capable at maintaining the official mods.
