Good day,

I use the New Construction Options Mod to have a working Rules.ini. I play Skirmish only.

Is there any way to modify an existing building so that it provides a certain superweapon? I have not found any entries for that.

Also, is there any way to make the AI smarter through the Rules.ini?
Even with everything at maximum, the AI is still no thread at all.

I can't find any mod called "New Construction Options" on the workshop...

...but anyway, in general, ask the person who made the mod, or see if it has any documentation available.
