Nice work, but refinery isnt much different from barracks. I dont want to see MS look like another AoE type game...

Barracks is still awful. make it like the collapsing soviet empire. the empire is falling,and dieing,they are using whatever they can to fuel there efforts in the war,make it look like it is just slapped together by resources,some makeshift shingles made from obtouse materials,dust 'em up. they cant look perfect.

Actually this logo looks amazingly great, but imho its too Noddish as well as the mofo. Dunno if it is ok in your mod concept. Or maybe its in the timeline when the Soviet Union is slowly transforming into the Brotherhood of Nod?

I say you should have some TD units make cameos to merge the storylines(besides the ORCA.) Eg:Phase out the soviet heavy tanks and give the allies the nicer,stronger armor. it is far too expensive for a dying nation to deal with fuel prices/costs for maintenece on such heavy vehicles.
