Excellent work.
The fans on the side should rotate, though.
Even if the lights look beautiful, I fear ingame on dark maps (or fog and other weather effects) they look kinda strange if these lights become darker.
You might have to separate these in their own transparent UseNormalLight ActiveAnims (no clue if it's possible for the deployinganim, where the light comes out of the interior).
