Alot has changed since i first started MetalStorm

the Soviet Union has fallen and become a more defacto paramilitary terrorist group known as the Scavengers.  Much like the GLA in Generals they are a fairly low tech faction that uses chemical, biological and nuclear weapons as well as other terrorist and suicide tactics to win thier battles. they tend to be very sneaky.
