now i use your voxel combine with my TSA2.0 Titan. if not your voxel i cant make complete Titan voxel.. this's answer when i mixed your titan and my titan..
(i use your leg [modify a little] combine with my turret )

This really isn't spotlight material anymore. It needs to be remastered. Nasty staircases and such. The concept is cool, but I have seen better mechs NOT get spotlighted. _________________ You come for the modding but you stay for the Crap Forum. QUICK_EDIT
The HVA controls the moving parts and positions, that is the point of it.
Get HVA Builder on the front page of PPM to view how they will move and to edit or make animations from the voxel sections yourself.
In this case, you do not need to make the parts move, it has already been done for you by H_M in the HVA he attached. Just be sure to use his HVA with this titan, with the same names (example might be boobs.vxl and boobs.hva), and it will animate fine ingame.
As for coding, I recommend you to look at the original Titan codes. QUICK_EDIT

80% of the voxels here in spotlight isnt spotlight material. its just that when they were made, they were really good at the standards of the time. now that people like sprite are making voxels not as good as westwood but far better... it just shows the times of this game. pitty it died mainly. well, these voxels aren't generally far better, just some of them (unlike that not-animated (RA3) Tesla Tank, it has black dot syndrome). It's pretty complicated to create voxel without this syndrome, but with detailed texture which won't look pixelated. Also when you made such texture, some people can say it's undetailed (although it's detailed like hell, like my crapped RA3 medium tank).
Other problem are normals (normals which look crappy ingame are great in voxel viewer). etc., etc.
In those times these voxels were on the top, now we have better tools (thanks to Banshee, Stucuk and the others). _________________

well.... i would say also there is allot of useful guides and good hints to tip people off now too if they started. the programs help, but it does not help enough. (a noob like me will never make a good voxel lol)
the modding community knows so much about ra2/yuris and tiberium voxel making that our standards suspects more out of spotlight material since we know what makes a good voxel look sexy :p QUICK_EDIT
Also make sure the .vxl file is named as MMCH.vxl or mmch.vxl (not case sensitive) Only then would the voxel be visible. _________________ The future belongs to The Forgotten!
