This is actually an early version of Lake Blitzen (which can be found in the files of RA2) that I modified.

Tech buildings in this map:

Civilian hospital: When you capture it, any infantry (except engineer and medic) can enter the hospital to be healed. The downside is that the hospital only has 5 uses until becoming useless.

Civilian service depot: works like the GDI service depot except it doesn't unlock the Carryall.

Civilian array (Ignore the red color in the preview, it's gray in-game.): Located on the small island. When you capture it, you have access to the Drop Pods support power.

UPDATE 1: drop pod support power now works in Tiberian Sun thanks to Holland.
UPDATE 2: Civilian Service Depot now unsellable.
