Problem with tunnel entrance
Subject description: units enter the tunnels from the wrong side
Hi everyone.
I'm creating a map and have faced a problem working with tunnels. I create tubes inside FS and then fix them using Tunnel Drawer. My problem is, when i order my troops to enter the tunnel, they won't go inside it, but when i order them to enter the other end, they enter the tunnel.
I want them to enter the entrance which i tell them to. E.g. my troops are at entrance A. When i order them to enter entrance A, they don't enter, but when i tell them to enter entrance B, they enter entrance A and vice versa. which means if the other end of the tunnel is not discovered yet, there is no way to enter my troops into the tunnel. I appreciate any help.
Tunnel Drawer should actually create correct tubes.
Are you sure you have replaced the ones that you drew in FinalSun with those from Tunnel Drawer? Not that there are multiple tubes of the same entrance/exit cell.
Best show your tubes code.
Also confirm the entrance/exit coordinates are correct by hovering the mouse over the respective cells in FinalSun and comparing the location shown in the bottom statusbar. _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
yeah i'm sure about that. I replace the tubes from map text file with those from tunnel drawer. I even put the coordinate of the center tube inside tunnel drawer to make sure everything is correct. the tunnels work just fine. My prob is i should move my troops close to one entrance and order them to enter the other end in order to get inside the tunnel they are standing by.
can you create a tunnel inside an empty map and try it to see if it works properly or not? if it worked fine for you then would you share the map with me to check the tubes to figure out what my problem is?

Yes. I solved it. I found where the problem was. I had to connect the shadow line of each tunnel entrance in order for the tunnel to function properly. I used to connect the second line of the tunnels. QUICK_EDIT
