I am sure you remember this moved to OpenRA and seeing how ORA version is effectively under new 'boss' that is already overworked as is on other matters and Gangster moved on, chances are pretty unlikely and certain NO more likely assuming even ORA version can some day be finished, the workload of downporting to RA2 would be another mod level worth of work.
