put the model in either the Blender or 3dsmax template
with that you get the right camera and light setting to match ingame art.
Then first render the base
After that create an animation of the turret rotating counterclockwise in 32 frames 360° (11.25° on every frame)
Then render the turret anim in 32 frames
After that create the shadow frames for each
