It is of no doubt Yuri was involved with the initial project of bringing back Soviet Ballistic Missile Submarines. It came to no surprise that when Yuri defected he would eventually deploy his own vision of the Missile Submarine. Learning from his defeat from the Allies and Soviets Yuri sought to learn more from this and had tasked his Cabalists to redesign his Boomer Sub. Opting as well to keeping the Boomer in his private arsenal than use the Sea Sled. New research began to build the vessel with a cheaper alloy to allow increased production in the field. While the Torpedo Tubes were largely kept similar to the Typhoon the Missile Pods were under scrutiny and eventually redesigned to fit a smaller payload making them weaker but also have a faster arm time. The New Boomer Submarine has since then been serving as the Main Naval Vessel in the Enclave's Skirmishes.
