Um, how do you repair the bridges to the side-islands? Also: there's supposed to be gems, but you put green tib instead. Why?

There are bridge repair huts on the islands. You'll have to find a way to get to them...

As for the gems, it's unnecessary in my opinion to have more valuable Tiberium so close to the bases, it offers no strategic value. However as you can see, there are blue Tiberium fields in the corners. In addition, unlike the gems, the Tiberium fields replenish themselves.
