Grid centers appear off...

As you can see the center cross doesn't line up with the cell grid.

Now in my experience the cell grid isn't terribly accurate, so I tend to think that's the culprit rather than the cross, since I've had to adjust a few pixels on buildings that should have taken the footprint right to the cell edges.

Have you tried re-downloading OS SHP Builder?
I myself have not encountered an Error/Glitch/Bug/whateveritis like this before, maybe you messed something up in the OS SHP Builder Files...

latest version is still wrong.
Problem is, that it tries to draw the cell border with lines with only 1 pixel width instead of lines with 2 pixel width (because there is no pixel in between the border of 2 adjacent cells):

Well there's possibly a few things going wrong here, the first one is that the border of the grid is spaced differently than the other cells, you can see the top-left edge is farther throwing off the grid towards bottom-right.

But even so the vertical spacing is slightly off too, where I've had to shift my building beyond where it looks like it should be.
