"Indoctrinator" Propaganda Truck
Subject description: Tier 2 support unit

Armor: Medium
Speed: Moderate
Cost: $1000
Purpose: Repair, Buffer
Requires: Motorpool, Engineering Bay
Propaganda has always seen widespread usage in war, broadcasting various inspirational media to troops and the general public alike. It is one of the more effective means of maintaining good morale and while the Forgotten use this to rally their people in the fight against CABAL and Scrin, the Guardians in particular take a step further by delivering their word directly to the frontlines via the Indoctrinator. This is essentially a big propaganda truck that accompanies attack parties into combat, constantly broadcasting propaganda in order to keep troop morale high even in the heat of battle. This has the beneficial side effect of promoting latent self-healing, enabling troops to revitalize themselves while crews of mechanical vehicles will be able to work on some repairs in a more pleasant environment, though it is not as effective as being repaired by a Wrecker. When the need arises it can let out a rallying cry that causes troops to assume a more aggressive stance, albeit a bit too eagerly. They will quickly charge into battle attempting to cause as much damage to the enemy as possible at the cost of being more reckless.
Notes:
-This unit replaces the Wrecker for the Sanctuary Guardians subfaction
-Deploy to toggle between healer and buffer modes
-Heals/repairs units within an area around it, 15% less effective on mechanical/cyborg units (healer mode)
-Rallying cry increases affected units' rate of fire and speed by 25% but decreases their armor by 30% for 20 seconds (buffer mode)
-Self repairs

What I have to say about this is pretty much the same as I said about the Juggernaught: the idea is great, so is the voxel, but if propaganda "works" in your mod, then a scavenger-y faction seems like the last place where you would expect it - it seems rather like something more totalitarian, "hierarchic" factions would focus on, not a rag-tag band of raiders and salvagers. _________________

I'm actually working on incorporating music to it's damage buff effect. It was inspired by the Doof Wagon after all >
Let's just say that the Guardians sing about how technology is evil because it created genocidal cyborgs, how the red zones are the safest place on earth and must be protected at all cost, and that the reason why CABAL and Scrin are attacking them was because one of their elders, supposedly a warmongering buffoon, picked a fight with them in the first place. Granted, that's a slant you can give it. It's just something like the vanilla "Join the winning side! We have hot food, women and guns for everyone!" that seemed to be unfitting. _________________

For balance reasons, the Indoctrinator can no longer heal and buff units simultaneously. It can now toggle between it's default healing and buffer modes via deploy. This is because it's rate of fire and speed buff also comes with an armor debuff, which is mitigated by it's healing. You can still use multiple Indoctrinators in alternate modes to achieve this effect though.
