After the Syndicate cut ties with the Soviets,Among Yuri's close confidants were cultists obsessed with the growing technology,forming eventually into what is now known as the Cabal Directive. To safeguard their headquarters the Cabal Directive constructed these machines. Roughly an equivalent of the Enclave Brute and Chaos Cell's Gangsters these Soulless Machines come equipped miniaturized Dissintegrator Cannons and reinforced armor to let them clear out garrisonable structures as well as survive otherwise deadly attacks. The Cabal Drone can survive even dismemberment of their legs allowing them to fight further in the battle.
