When you make changes on either tab, then hit Apply, the dialog remains up, but you can't change any values afterwards. The Apply button is never selectable after the first change, so rewriting the transform, applying, then changing voxel bounds is impossible.

Soooo I'd suggest either make Apply into an OK button that closes the dialog, or fix it so you can apply successively...

On a possibly related note, I find that on the Misc tab, the little box to the right with Air/Land and even the buttons sometimes don't refresh (like alt-tabbing away and back), leaving the area blank until I hover over it. The text fields for the values never disappear, nor are there ever issues with the other tabs so I'm pretty sure it's not video card/driver related.

I have no idea why the Voxel Type group box doesn't update in your machine. I couldn't reproduce it here.

Regarding the Apply bug, I've committed a new revision where it no longer disables the Apply button.
