Hello everyone. Recently, the PHP software from the server was updated and, apparently, it now serves UTF-8 data, unless this setting is specifically changed in the PHP code (it ignores charset from HTML). Our site and forums works with iso-8859-1 and, for this reason, we were having problems recently. This issue has been fixed today with the main site, mobile site and the forums. If you find something else here that has interrogation marks inside losangles, please, inform us, so it will be fixed as well. Sorry for any incovenience.
