The Devout-model cyborg is the most widespread CABAL unit, built en masses from harvested humans and mutants captured or slain in battle. While it is the weakest of cyborgs, it is still many times tougher than the average human; even blowing off it's lower body will not halt it. An arm-mounted Vulcan chaingun makes it effective against infantry, light vehicles, and even aircraft. It does have a number of weaknesses fortunately: quite costly, slow speed, unable to garrison structures due to it's size, and vulnerability towards EMP weapons which can disable it.

Notes:
-Loses legs once health is depleted, greatly reducing speed and recovering a small fraction of health.
