"The poor man's amphibious APC. Take an old bus, slap some armor on it, seal up the interior as much as you can so its watertight, then strap on some foam filled drums and a pair of outboard motors to enable it to swim in water. It's lack of sufficient armor takes the 'A' out of the APC but it can still transport five passengers quickly and efficiently across the rare few water bodies left, useful for getting to more remote areas. It also serves as a mobile bunker, it's boarded up windows leaving just enough openings for it's passengers to stick their guns out and fire away at enemies as they pass by."
