It was win7 with an old integrated graphics card the computer that had the problem died soon afterwards, forcing to upgrade to something newer.

Sorry, but I do not understand what is going on in this bug report at all. Ok, there is an access violation message. But its circumstances are beyond comprehension. What do you call 'the latest version'? Be more specific about which version of the program did you use. Also, what are the specifications of your machine (CPU, Video Card, RAM, etc)? Which windows version are you using? What are the actions that you take once you run the program that leads to this memory access violation message?

The VXLSE that I called the latest version.

CPU/Processor= Intel Core i3 2nd Generation
Video Card= Switchable Graphics of AMD and Intel (since my AMD is broken, i cant use any Display Drivers)
RAM= 4GB
PC= Dell Inspiron N4050

You misunderstood my question. Which version of VXLSE III did you use? I.e.: at the moment I'm posting, the latest version is 1.39.255. Is it the one that you've used? You can find out by looking at the top of the program or in the About section.

Considering that your laptop is a Dell Inspiron N4050, it might possibly have Intel HD Graphics 3000 only.

This question is extremely important and it wasn't answered. So far, my recommendation is to update your Intel HD Graphics 3000 drivers and try to run the program again. The latest drivers should support up to OpenGL 3.2, which should be more than enough to run the program. Although I've never tested VXLSE III with Intel graphic cards.

There are 2 versions of N4050, one with Intel HD Graphics 3000 only and with AMD Switchable graphics, mine is using the AMD one, but now the AMD has broken.

I already updated my Intel and it still doesn't work, I was expecting if this error caused by my Display Driver.

I got the Access Violation when I:
-Opened the VXLSE
-After loading VXLSE
-Opening 3D window (infinite Access Violation popup)
-Closing VXLSE
-And more that I havent figure it out

There is a high probability that it is related to the video card. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it here, nor test it. So, it's complicated to figure out a way to fix it.
