Dang, that new repair bay kicks ass! These screenshots are looking great, but I think they also remind us that TSR still has a ways to go. I hope that SMIFF will, in future versions, broaden his horizons to making TS not just AS GOOD as it was supposed to be, but even better... like, with more new buildings and units, and more images to replace current ones...

Anyhow, nice screenies guys.

thats a cool screenie wes Very Happy
and chem spray inf are TechLevel=8, so you should have been able to get them too (You need to build a Pyramid of Nod Wink)

And looking at that screenie it reminds me of the cool enhanced anims Big Jah has made for TSR

ill show u a shot





even the burn anim on the tree is much improved Smile

The cool thing on this pic is the repair bay repairing. Normally it's closed, when repairing it's opened up.

sorry to say, i only can build chem spray inf at level 10+ the pyramid.

and is it normal that the sams dont attack flying inf?

SAM=yes causes it. But the obelisk of light was able to target aircraft and jumpjets until that ability was removed by you-know-who.

the jumpjet problem should be fixed in 1.2.1?? at least i think so... btw Seaman, don't have SAMs in standard TS have that tag already?

It is not possible without changing the weapon to a SHP based projectile.
Basically it could be a cannon weapon with flame image and a flame trailer animation.
With particles it is possible only to have high damage or no damage at all.

So let's say, you have flame particle with 62 frames, it applies Damage value 1*62=62. When start damage value is 2 the total damage value is already 124 (2*62).
124 is enough to destroy an Advanced Artillely in three flame bursts.

And don't forget that when a particle kills something, it doesn't count for veterancy bonus. Meaning it's not possible to have Elite flame tanks without picking up a crate.

Press the "Print Scrn" button on your keyboard (should be to the right of F12) when you want to take the screenshot in TS, then tab>alt out and paste it in MSPaint. From there, or any other program, if you can, save it as a gif or jpeg... Or if you can't, just save it as a bmp, and then attatch it in a reply on this board. To work the attatchments thing you press "attatch a file" and then click "browse", locate it, select it, press ok, and then press "attatch". After that the page will refresh and you can do it again with another file if you wish. Post, and there it will be.
