Beta 14 prevents non-existent frames from being mass deleted. It also includes the code for a color conversion method called CHL Difference. It was a test to capture the chroma of the colors, giving a lower priority to luminance. The target was another project, but it was easier to see it in action on OS SHP Builder. It works, but I've disabled it in purpose (the results are beyond horrible).
