SHP Formats

I've read Vlado's paper on the TD SHP Format, and I redacted it a bit.
I also made a small paper about TS SHP Format, and because I didnt see
any anywhere, this is why I'm posting this here.

I'm including them both, and as you will see, there're still a couple of
unknowns in the TD format.

If you have any info about them, hit me up!
I'm also going to include some snippets with readable comments for
encoding/decoding both versions of the format.

XCC's code has been a pain to read, but the assembly code
he uses to encode in Fmt80 was quite fun to try to understand.

Considering that you can use this data to create graphics, I've moved this topic to the Tutorials from Media Hut, although I'm undecided if this should go here or at the Misc Tutorials in the offtopic area.
