New Nod SW called Scorpion Infection - Recharge Time: 5 min
It has 5×5 cell range, after activation enemy units will be slower and weaker for 90 seconds.
Ares AttachEffect system with SpeedMultiplier and ArmorMultiplier = 0.5
Affected units marked with this red anim.
