The Mobile Command Vehicle or MCV for short is the Allies' means of getting a foothold on enemy territory and begin construction of a forward base. This large vehicle is equipped with a unique mechanic that allows it to unfurl into a Command Center almost instantly. Once deployed, structures can be ordered and built around the Command Center. If needed, the Command Center can revert back into a MCV for relocation. The MCV is well equipped with numerous safety features to protect itself from different threats, the latest of which is resistance to EMP effects. It's sluggish movement and lack of armament means that its very vulnerable to most combat units, and it's high cost means that its too valuable to lose.
