For some reason, I'm thinking those overpowered Soviet Submarines from one of the Red Alert: Counterstrike bonus missions.

Description below the picture does mention that Noodles did change the elite weapon to produce radiation, hence Shockwave's nuclear torpedoes comment. Pretty sure that vanilla Typhoon didn't do that.

I wouldn't have said otherwise if it didn't. Pretty sure TorpLauncherE (or whatever it was called) wasn't a Radiation weapon.

To be exact...

- Made its Torpedoes Burst=2
- New Voxel
- Added RadLevel on TorpLauncherE
- Added my SmallNukeDeath for its DeathWeapon
- Gave it a custom Armor that is 5% more resistant to radsite (Radiation Warhead)
- Added New MoveStart Sound (Since its original one was just the Giant Squid's Move Command)
