Well I'd love to take over administration roles for ModEnc but likewise I'm saving my brain processing for more graphical-based knowledge and right now I can barely understand how Wiki's are written up.

But yeah... We just need a puppet Admin or someone just to hold up the title

best way to integrate the wiki aspect with the forum aspect would be to have a wiki article over the flags, but then in the "discussion" section a forum thread for questions and further info...

What the hell is wrong with Modenc / Modenc & RenegadeProjects, it says Forbidden when trying to access any page of theirs. Goddamn arseholes blocking somebody for no reason.

I have the same problem

I don't think they are blocking somebody for no reason, especially when you don't know what is happening on their side. It is possible that the recent events with PHP might have caused a headache there. But I am not aware of what is happening with them either.

from @Category:Death Penalty on ModEnc "Forbidden"
Hello, MediaWiki uses PHP under the hood, and recent PHP vulnerability issues have been very serious. In addition, ModEnc's server itself also needs some other maintenance (such as anti-bot). Before PHP becomes sufficiently secure again and Renegade completes the website update, ModEnc will remain inaccessible.

The quote is from DeathFish who is a moderator at ModEnc. And the above quote was shared by Kerbiter.

I guess I was right then. Thanks for the information, E1 Elite.

Well, crappy google ai still reported the site/wiki as "working completely fine" despite numerous requests to recheck it, while it only showed Forbidden on any and every page, so...

The ModEnc² backup is still online if you desperately need to look something up.

Nice, thanks. Need a wiki for unusual, or abnormal / unexpected TS/RA2/YR issues.

And as a side note, google ai isn't always "pizza with glue" helper... for instance, recently I asked why the hell my copy n pasted laser turret basedef (TS) didn't work, the google ai identified the prob in mere seconds (no anim, no turret voxel for the new dual-laser Nod basedef defined).

So damn... but yeah, I do still blame myself for believing google ai that modenc is down only for me, not everyone else...
