Mod Description
Let me introduce you to Tiberian Sun: Tech Level War. It's a mod with a new gameplay tweak, in which you have to build very expensive buildings - the tech centers - in order to level up and have superior buildings and structures and eventually win the battle. However, there are not useless units in the lower tiers.
It has almost all of the original Tiberian Sun/Firestorm units and structures, some units taken from the next game in the series - C&C3: Tiberium Wars -, a couple of new units and structures and even more. There are also some new tech buildings to capture and get some very useful goodies.
This isn't actually a "big" mod, I prefer to call it a "little mod with big gameplay tweaks". So, at the time, is has no storyline. Despite of that, this mods aims to offer some singleplayer campaigns as well.
One of my ideas is that the maps can actually change completely the course of the battle, I.E., you capture a special forgotten structure and train very powerful tiberium cyborgs. Or, you see an Avatar Husk in the battlefield... you capture it and now you've got an Avatar. Another example is, if you capture certain civilian buildings you can train security guards, a special unit.
The pace of the gameplay has also been changed, now it's faster, I mean, some units have increased speed and some do more damage. The AI of the mod has been completely redone, attempting to be harder; more frequent attacks with more amount of units and adapted to the new tech leveling system. _________________ Inactive Projects >> Tiberian Sun: Tech Level War http://www.ppmsite.com/forum/index.php?f=843

While tech structures are awesome I just hope this won't give the winning player an even bigger advantage. It's usually better to try support the loser and at least give them a chance of redemption. Just saying.
