For some idea of a 3D-machinima, I need for graphics look-alike TS. But it is impossible to use TS itself to create the video (because of some reasons: needs different points of view, scaling etc.). So, can I to convert TS voxels into 3D-models (of any format), and if yes, by which program?

We are working on this feature for Voxel Section Editor III. It's actually the reason why VXLSE III 1.4 was never released and it is now part of my master dissertation. Anyway, the latest beta has a very early version of this feature running, generating models with textures as well

The problem is that 3D model that it generates may have topological problems (which you can avoid if you don't have voxels that are linked by 'edge' or 'vertex' only). The 3D models with topological problems may have the wrong shape at the affected areas and the mesh simplification and texture generation process might be affected negatively.

At the moment, it only exports .OBJ files.

The 3D models are also very badly optimised, causing some severe lag and things when manipulated in 3D Max under some circumstances.

Yea, that happens because of the topological problems, which I'm trying to fix right now, but at the moment, my implementation is only correct in less than 1% of the cases #Tongue. I'll increase this percentage in the next hours.
