Speeder has told me that his program crashed after he had accidentally changed the zoom level to 123. Zoom was made to be between 1 or 32, so he wasn't supposed to be that high. Anyway, the problem is that you could edit the zoom value by hand and the program already tried to change the zoom level while the zoom value was being written. So, the edit I had to do to fix it was so stupid that I've just commited a new version with that fixed.

Anyway, unlike VXLSE III, OS SHP Builder does not have an auto-installer that download the required files from the web included, so you need to install this version over an existing installation of OS SHP Builder 3.36.
