Reform preview released!
After about 10 missed deadlines Reform has been finally released. So why is it called preview? Everything else in the mod is finished except the AI, I'm still working on it and it currently isn't in a working state. For this preview release I just quickly put together something for the AI, don't expect much out of it. But people new to a mod probably want to test out the new units and stuff anyway, not play a serious match right away. That's what this preview is for. If you don't want the AI to attack at all, set the AI level to 0. The full v1.0 release should follow in the coming weeks, once I can get the AI finished.
Reform is a standalone mod so don't install it on top of the original Tiberian Sun. Extract the package to a seperate directory. Always use the Reform.exe (Reform launcher) to start the game, it has all the settings and also forces the game to run on a single core, preventing a whole lot of possible crashes. If you have any trouble running or playing the mod, check the Reform QUICK GUIDE. And if that doesn't help, don't be afraid to reply here

I DL it at first it is about 400 kbps but it speed is drop to 2 kbps.
I'm not sure it is cause from my connection or not.
Unfortunately atm there is no other place to download it from. I could upload it to another location but I am pretty sure it would give even worse speeds. You could try to dl again, maybe it was just a temporary problem. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
It was hard to find a link with download, but I finally got it. Is this a latest version of Tiberian Sun - Reform ?
Yep, this is the latest and thus far only public release of the mod. Quite a bit has changed since this was released (tons of new maps, songs and new graphics, and 2 new units for Nod). Might try to create another preview release just to get something out sooner.

I'm uploading this file to PPM. I don't know why Bittah has deleted it from his webspace.

I didn't upload it to PPM before you removed it. I did upload other mods. Fortunately, I had a backup of TS Reform, so it was easy to restore it. QUICK_EDIT
