Some kind of replay of the last FS mission or are there multiple Cores?

Yeah, it's the Core as seen in the FS, just mere hours after it's destruction. Kinda the aftermath there.

Teal? He's an Assembler if I remember correctly. Hold the data from the destroyed core.

Yeah, Palkia is correct. Assembler is CABAL's engineer unit, and the different housecolor is to make him stand out (no different image from Shredders yet), and tell he has the data.
