Welcome people! This forum was made to help people modding Generals. Basically, when you have any doubts about modding or problems with your mod, ask here. We do also welcome ppl's work to be posted here, since people may attach their files whenever they need. This forum is viewable to unregistered users, but you need to register to post.

Modding Generals is quite good, since it allows you to create or modify your units, sides, superweapons, weapons, warheads, armour, buttons and inumerous things, however, modding in 3D is quite hard and Generals is a bit demanding... I mean, a stupid error and a serious bug in your face... usually hard to detect.

So, that's it. Remember that whenever you get bored of playing Generals or Zero Hour and wants to mod it, make it better, your new customized gameplay, you have to mod it or create a whole new engine which I really dont recommend due to the excessive work required by it. If you wanna go even further, join mod making groups and gain new e-friends, fun and a great mod as a reward in the end with your name in the credits and much more. Have fun!

About time. I might just mod Generals in a few monthes time.
I wanna mod a FPS though, anyone know any easy FPS to mod?

Im a complete Newbie at modding, that includes 3d, skinning, modeling, coding, everything! Ive been trying so hard to learn but i cant find out where i can learn. If someone is willing to teach me or idrect me to some site that can, id really appreciate it. Thanx
