The logistic center is required to gain access to units and buildings that require hard-to-come-by advanced technology, such as demo trucks, powered helipads and the tiberium facility. The center allows the forgotten to spread out further, as it allows them to purchase additional construction crews. Also, once the center has been built, the forgotten can utilize reinforcement tunnels to quickly deploy forces anywhere on the map. Extra care needs to be taken to protect these structures, as they are expensive and poorly armored. They also require a lot of power to operate.
