Sudden Transport (Designation: ZM-30)
Equipment: Cloaking device
Armor: Light
Cost: $500
Prerequisite: War Factory
Role: Infantry transport

Commander, this is our primary means of transporting squads of our warriors. The Sudden Transport may look rather plain, but it's cloaking device is what makes it unique. Up to five troops can be transported by it at a time. The vehicle is also quite agile, allowing for swift transportation for infantry. Just be careful for sensors...

Fun fact: I never meant it to look that way, but it looked a bit like them APCs from the Warhammer games...

IMO the whole "disguise as an enemy vehicle" was a really cool idea (afaik it was also in Emperor).

Also IMO this would be better off using mirage tech. Pure cloaking will likely be so overpowered.

Which is why scouts play a big part in the battle for defensive purposes (don't get me started on the Wing of Freedom - they are excellent at this...).
