Okay here is a rather simple tut on INI editing on maps.

*You should have FinalAlert 2 Map maker/editor.*
if you don't have then go on google and type in Final Alert 2.

Now to the tut:
1. While in Final Alert click on the Edit tab.
2. Click on INI Editing under the Edit tab. (should be at top of list)
3. Add the short name as I call it to the list. (EX. "CAOILD" add the name in the quotes not the quotes)
4. Add the tags you want to change to the new building you added. (EX. "ProduceCashOnStartup=(add number)")
5. Test your map.

Or just open your map file in text editor and treat it like your normal INI file.

Not realy worth creating a tut to be honest as it common knowledge, unless you were to include it with other things in a sort of map editor Guide.

Revos is predicting "know-it-all" RA2 modders incomming to gun this down Tut and tell you in an unconstructive way how to open the map in not pad and edit it that way

Well if this ment more towards new modders, then maybe you should let them know that FA2 Highly recommends NOT to use this function unless you know what you are doing!

and TBH it's actually easier to just open the map file and apply what you need from there as everything is right in front of you and "not in the dark" so to speak doing it within FA2.

FA2 botches the code. If you use notepad at least you can see what you're doing...
