I can't wait... I'm getting a Cooler Master HAF 932 Computer Case in December!!! It's the best right now, and includes a lot of fans and the use of antifreeze?
If you ask me, I'd rather get a CM-690 for cheap, it might not look as good, but its definitely cheaper and has 11 fan slots iirc. oh, and it also has a unique sata drive port.
Go read everything, the Cooler Master HAF 932 is the best case in the world right now (exception to some private cases). QUICK_EDIT

Pfft. Mine's even bigger, sleeker, full aluminum, has 1 extra hard drive tray, removable motherboard tray, cleaner "modding" slate, pop-up I/O ports... it's just frigging better. I mean look at it:
Can't touch this, Jushy. 'course, it doesn't come powder-coated, but no matter. It'll look perfect in there once I get a new video card and some better cabling. _________________

Using my laptop instead of my PC,since both have nearly the same specs.I know, its sad.One of them will end up as a server pretty soon tho,and I might upgrade the computer if I'll decide not to buy a electric guitar, but I doubt that I won't buy one :p
@Deformat, OMG i have those speakers around here somewhere, or had them around here but if there as old as the ones i have keep em
@Morpher, YOU STOLE MY TV
@Sir Modsalot, is that Logitech headphone any good, looking for one and came across that one. _________________

As long as you can get the analog one (which is what that one is) and NOT the USB one, then yes, it's good. People on Skype and in my games keep saying I'm too loud and they can almost hear too much, since the mic is so sensitive and clear. The headphones part of it I'm not crazy about (not comfortable to me); if I want that I'll use what's next to them in that pic, which I got for Christmas, the Audio Technica ATH-M50. Really awesome headphones, though for gaming the ATH-AD700 is better.
Of course, the M50s I'm just using with my new birthday present, the Cowon S9 (also visible). I love the frigging thing, but its replacement, the J3, is coming out here next month for not much more money and I would have wanted it instead if I'd found out about it sooner. The J3 is basically the S9 with a redesigned exterior, and with added Wi-Fi, a microSD slot, better battery, better interface, and ASF video support. Oh well. _________________

Yes, that's my place. Yes, it's dusty there. Yes, it's kinda nerdish. But I like it. 'nuff said.
BTW, before anyone asks: The black stuff at the power strip is mostly dust from my black carpet, which can be seen in the lower right.
EDIT: Since i didn't have the time to describe all the stuff when i posted the pic, here we go, from the very left to the right:
- Various power cords and my laptop PSU.
- My main comp, connected to both screens, with the right one as primary. Specs: Q6600@3,4 Ghz/4GB RAM/HD5870 PCS+/80GB Intel X-25M G2 SSD + 2x250 Seagate Barracuda/Lian Li PC-P80 Armorsuit. On top of the case are keyboard and mouse for the second PC since i dont have a KVM switch.
- My trustworthy speakers, 2 Yamaha NS-200M, MD 1984. Still supreme to most if not all modern studio monitor systems below $1000. And yep, that's a flower pot on top of the left one.
- My watch.
- Laptop, Samsung R70. Not entirely up-to-date anymore, but still sufficient to play Flatout, Fallout 3 and so on.
- Second comp. Built more or less from scrap parts.
- Keyboard, Logitech G15.
- 2 Philips 190X7FB as screens.
- Roccat Kone.
- Denon amp for the speakers, a Pioneer AV reciever which serves only as radio as of now, and a nonfunctional subwoofer.
The nuclear reactor to power all that stuff is situated in the room next to this one. Last edited by Alurcas on Sun Aug 15, 2010 9:11 am; edited 1 time in total QUICK_EDIT

I guess it's human to want to see what everyone else has.
Anyway, this is one of the Comps i use, pic is made with my laptop, so that's why it's so rubbish. The comp on the pic runs the screen in 1280*1024, and supports Red Alert 3 on medium to high Graphic settings whilst doing so.
My laptop on the other hand only runs Red Alert 3 on lowest settings, but smooth, has a resolution of 1366*768, and was 300 Euro's on sale, besides it's lack of producing High Quality webcam images(don't use it usually) it has proved to be capable of running almost all games i tried on it so far, so I'm happy with it, I only need to change from Vista to something else, cause i really start to hate Vista.

I has that screen
And are you getting sick of vista or are you just jumping on the band wagon cause some else said its shit (i get ped off because most problems i have come across related to that OS are simply related to people thinking it rubbish because someone else said so...)
Edit nothing against you at all just ped after i got another person giving the its crap n doesnt workz cause this guy said :/ _________________ Creator of TS:BoB and some other things that might be good when finnished. QUICK_EDIT

Hey all. Its about time I got some good images to show you guys.
I have use two main computers: my old Toshiba Satellite from 2003ish that's been maxxed out, because the board wont handle any more upgrades, and my custom desktop from last xmas, Dark Chii.
Im running XP and Windows 7 respectively. I also keep a few project desktops around. One is an old Compaq running Win2000, and the other is running Win95. I mess around with them occasionally, and they are hooked into the big monitor, and use the upper keyboard & mouse.
The good desktop uses an old IBM model M clicky keyboard, because nothing else feels the same. Both the main machines are hooked into the stereo so I can blast my music & games through a set of 10" speakers that are older than I am.

That is one sexy amp. Marantz? Can't see exactly.
Its a Scott 480A with 55 or 85 watt settings, dual stereo pair output, 6 different input selections, and even a recording to take output selector.
It used to be my dad's old spare, but he blew out the speakers for it and never told me, just tried to mend them with duct tape. So when I looked at em to see why they were reverberating funny, I saw the torn up rubber. They still sound pretty beast with that amp, though. _________________

Actually, its a key lime soda I got at my local Elevation Burger. Wasn't too awesome, but it was worthy of getting another some time.
Im actually too young to legally drink, and even if I was, I would still be a teetotaler. Normally my workspace is a bit tidier, but I head back to college tomorrow, so Im all over the place.

Yeah. I wish one company stepped forward and built an affordable, good quality stereo tube amplifier similar to your one in 2010. But transistors are just cheaper...
BTW, I have a working C64 with equally working floppy drive too. Must be somewhere around here. QUICK_EDIT
