For some reason, whenever I change data in an INI file, the global mix cache.dat appears on my desktop, and if I remember correctly, it is supposed to appear in the INI.BIG file with the other files I changed. How do I put it in the correct place?

Why are you changing data in the actual INI?

Extract all the data to the INI Folder.. then edit it from there..
you wont get that .dat
