Another bunch of screenshots from v1.4
So the news is.
Nod artillery unit Cobra got upgraded model and features, its weapon is now based on Nod plasma technology and is stealthed when stands still, hope you like it.
Cyborgs got additional anti-vehicle cannon instead of left hand, so they are much better versus vehicles now.
Confessor leader upgrade has been replaced for Black hand Leader upgrade which add Black Hand Leader armed with laser rifle in to squads of militants and Black Hand too.
I have also put some brush on original Gdi mammoth tank model and juggernaut, but it's only small change.
And there has been some change on Scrin Conqueror so old pictures do not match some his new features.
And some new upgrades for GDI, Shockwave grenades for Rpg Tower and Falcon and jump jet ability for hover vehicles Falcon and MLRS.
The jumping ability for the hover vehicles look kind of silly... maybe it's the amount of smoke or the fact that there's clearly no giant exhaust engines behind them to emit that much smoke. Also IMO their "jumping" should look more like a ZH combat cycle going up a cliff rather than literally leaping up like a zone trooper. _________________

The initial burst gets from bottom of vehicle where is jump jets intalled but the smoke fallow vehicle for some time after then, this picture do not show that properly and confuse you that jump jets is fired from back of vehicle which is not. My bad. I will get better picture next time. QUICK_EDIT
I think the problem lies in the fact that the smoke trail continues even after the arc curves down, which is illogical if the smoke is emitted from the underside of the vehicle, unless the vehicle tipped over as it was descending.
I still think the jumping movement should be replaced by something that makes the vehicle "glide" up/down cliffs instead of leaping clear over them. _________________
Ummm...in the Tib universe hover engines are reactionless and don't produce smoke... _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT

That got to be ideal, but also very hard to achieve. I will continue with my research even after v1.4 is released to find better solution, but for now gdi hover vehicles got jump jet ability. I think its very interesting and opens new strategies for gdi player and it partially justified existence of hover vehicles, because frankly there is really no other reason why have hover vehicles in cnc3 (only that one that i want them here )

This ability do not break that rule. Hover vehicles got additional booster rocket as upgrade, but hover engine is still the same.

Also we all already know the deal with the Black Hand. It got overhauled by a nut who goes around wearing a cape
Good one
Fotunately this is event of kanes wrath and hence Tiberium Essence is mod for Tiberian Wars we can pretend this never happen so Black Hand can keep its dignity QUICK_EDIT
IMO that dignity will never be as long as they keep having those darn capes in-game
I think the idea of "Black Hand" in C&C 3 referring to flamethrowers isn't right, the BH is a more broad term referring to an elite subgroup of Nod rather than a specific infantry type. The "Black Hand" in C&C 3 should be renamed to something like "Purifiers" or "Enforcers", etc. _________________
Every religion has its priesthood, and every military branch its elite. Consider Nod's Black Hand a blend of the two, where battle-bred initiates are inculcated into the religious mysteries that form the core of the Brotherhood's belief system. If this cult-inside-a-cult has its prophet, his name is General Gideon Raveshaw.
Cold, brooding, and speaking in religious maxims when he chooses to speak at all, Raveshaw is in many ways the opposite of Kane. Whereas Kane relishes the opportunity for public speaking and seems to actively seek evidence of faith in Nod members, Raveshaw is an unlikely leader. However, there's a charisma to his coldness, and his savagely brilliant mind make his inner circle the most fanatically loyal of all The Brotherhood.
Originally a mercenary strategist based in Africa, where he would sell his intelligence-gathering services to the highest-bidding warlord, Raveshaw was recruited by Kane to head Nod's specialist branch of spies and saboteurs in order to establish a hub of operations in Tunisia. Given a handful of Nod's best and brightest, Raveshaw undertook a campaign -- a mix of terrorist bombings, planted evidence and inflammatory propaganda against the ruling regime -- that resulted in a "people's revolution," i.e., the successful installation of a Nod puppet government.
Like Tiberium itself, Raveshaw exuded some unexpected side effects: he was quickly becoming a cult figure on his own terms. He was soon the unofficial head of the Nod's elite group, where his own style of Brotherhood gospel added yet another dimension to Nod's religious dogma. The official title of Black Hand was derived from a phrase attributed to Kane: "When we are crushing the black hearts of our oppressors, we will find our hands blackened. We cannot cultivate our garden without digging in the dirt." Thus the forces that make up the Black Hand specialize in Nod's "dirty work": assassinations, kidnappings, terrorist acts and other forms of sabotage. In the Black Hand, the code of behavior is rigid and unforgiving, and discipline is brutal; but every Brotherhood soldier dreams of being initiated into its ranks -- where Nod's most pure-hearted are more than happy to get their hands dirty.

I agree with that, "Enforcers" sounds good to me. I will take this idea certainly in to consideration until v 1.4 is released.
To Pepzi: Interesting article, looks like the only true black hand in cnc3 is shadows.
