I have finally found a program that can open .shp files but when I go to open the .shp files...
I get a message saying:
Warning: Open Source Shape Builder 3.36 is unable to open this file.

You do know that OS SHP Builder can open the SHP files from Command&Conquer only, right?

The C&C SHP file format has nothing to do with any other SHP file format like the 3D Studio Shapes File format or the shapefile format which was introduced with ArcView GIS version 2.
