It has flashing lights... Nothing very spectacular. Except that it has a giant arm holding a globe.

I like the buildup, since the hand actually flexes its fingers before the globe pops up.

Are you thinking Polies for a model? It's an SHP. Question

However, it was a model before it was a SHP.

That sounds like a more detailed way to do it, I guess. Normally I'd have drawn it as an SHP/2D drawing first, then modeled it.

No model, that was the issue because we couldn't do any needed changes for it.

This is even better :O You should add that red light to the entrance, though, and slow down the spinning globe.

Red light would be good yea

Also I'm not sure about the spinning globe.... reminds me of a theme park attraction

Maybe even if the texture was diff..... like the red and black wireframe style globe that was on the old WW Nod Website

The good thing about the spinning globe is that it's easier to notice that it's a globe rather than a Ball. Although it does work well either way.

I'm liking the globe, its kinda classical. Simple and smooth is what I can say which is good.

Seriously, I love the way this building looks.
I like how it symbolizes that Nod has risen back from the underground, whereas the TS one symbolized that Nod was put down but still survived. Then, there's also the electronic/technological feeling from the TS HoN, that signified Nod's use of cyborgs, and the globe in TD and this one, signifying Nod's intention on worldwide domination.

So much symbolism in a single building. I just love these kind of things. =)

Not sure that there was too much intentional symbolism here - I guess the aim was to make it as systematically Nod as possible.

But hey, I guess you're right on all counts by some measure.
