As you all know, Scrin call the Tiberium "Ichor"
Ichor is the mineral that made a god's blood poisonous to humans. (It was green, too) As you all probably know if you finished the Scrin campaign, the Ichor is also the Scrin's blood equivalent. Check this out:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ichor
Therefore, the word "Ichor" is relevant to all meanings in there.
1. Blood
2. Poisonous Green Mineral
3. Alien's Green Blood
4. Green Ooze (Ichor-LQ, which is, you guessed it, Liquid T., as Kane calls it)
Ichor also depicts a medium-to-dark green color. :p
If you check Wikipedia, they say that Greek Mythology might actually be symbolic rather than just being a religious belief of ancient times. Thus, it could link to the fact humans existed long ago, that they actually CAME to earth. It would help prove in turn that Kane has lived millenias. He might've came on Earth the way he is going to leave, using the Scrin towers. Eventually, the Scrin might've foiled his plans millenias ago, which is why he might be in a corrupted file in the Scrin's computer database. It would also help prove that Kane knew about them and the towers long ago. BUT, how come he says he is still trying to test Liquid T if he'd have known about it long ago? Maybe Kane actually was a Scrin who took over a human body, or maybe his body itself is a construct of nano-assemblers, just like the Scrin units. It could point out to his immortality.
Kane might be one of the "gods" depicted in the Greek mythology? We all know he is currently depicted as Cain, the man who killed his brother Abel (in the bible), but what if that also has a symbolic meaning, and that the story itself is symbolic like Greek mythology (in the story)? Nod=wanderers, that's what it means. Brotherhood of Wanderers. Can you see the link to what I said? They wander from planet to planet, etc.
Back to the Greek Mythology. The Scrin overlord is somewhat a war god of sorts. I was thinking, "what about the Greek god of war, Ares?", since the Scrin appear to be linked to Greek Mythology. Well, I've read a bit about him, and there is an indirect link to "Tiberium". Ares used to live, apparently, with Thracians (which is also sometimes used for Dacians (woot, my ancestors!)) Dacia was conquered by the Roman empire in the past. The roman empire was once led by Tiberius. TIBERIUM. It's an indirect link, and it might just be coincidential, but I think we got a link there, still. Also, remember, the Scrin's symbols are like a code that's universal, but it's also been used by the Roman Empire, which took over Greek mythology and used it as their own. Maybe it really was symbolical in the end, since they acquired it too? And like I said, Tiberium was named after Tiberius Ceasar, the biggest and most popular Roman Emperor ever. I'm starting to think that it's not a coincidence the meteor hit near the Tiber River in Italy at all...
As you can all see, this is still flawed, but we're going to decypher the whole thing soon if we each take a crack at it. QUICK_EDIT

Ichor could just be the most apt translation for tiberium. After all, it is poisonous to humans and it is their blood. The aliens didn't name it, Ichor is simply the human translation for it. _________________

about the scrin, a wage guess for the people who played it to the end, i rather saw it accidently on the scrin end movie,
there were only voices to hear, but then there was a last voice, i dunno why or who has spoken but the art of talking and the soundeffect, its a wage guess , but it really soundet like Cabal, after all cabal as how nod used it in the last tiberium war was an unknown programmed AI, that could explain a lot if cabal is a "copy" of some scrin overlord, or possibly a part of it, no wonder that he was going mad......anyways...just a wage guess... _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT
I prefer when these kind of things are kept secret...we don't have to scratch our heads all the time, and we can always be surprised. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
