Darken/Brighten Option
Suggestion: darken/brighten should have an option to switch from single dot, line and filled rectangle. That should save a lot of time in applying/editing textures.
EDIT: I've seen requests before about this before, but with flood fill. I guess line and filled rectangle would be much more efficient compared to flood fill as you have more control to which parts are gonna be darkened/lightened.
More brush shapes would help most of the tools... but I think a global darken/lighten tool would also be handy, something that can apply to the whole voxel. _________________ http://www.moddb.com/mods/scorched-earth-ra2-mod-with-smart-ai QUICK_EDIT

Create a custom color conversion for that. I had such limited for the Allied gradient at a point, but I lost them during an OS change and I haven't remade them yet. _________________ "If you didn't get angry and mad and frustrated, that means you don't care about the end result, and are doing something wrong." - Greg Kroah-Hartman

A global scene darken/lighten option could use the voxel texture colour mapping code to exceed the limits of the colour ranges, in a way that would be rather complicated in a .cscheme conversion. Thus darkest browns could go into the near blacks of grayscale rather than stop, similar to how WW's VPL plays with lighting across ranges. I see this being useful if the model is correctly shaded just happens to have been drawn too pale, or you want to easily turn something dirty looking. _________________ http://www.moddb.com/mods/scorched-earth-ra2-mod-with-smart-ai QUICK_EDIT
