I try import models but models are not transferred smoothly as in other games (Tiberium Wars,Starcraft 2 etc)

IIRC from my own brief tests, different versions of the building are contained within the same model & when you import them they get merged together, you'll need to manually delete the parts you don't want.

You need 3ds max 9 for import model or gmax.
